Challenge: (June 21st to June 27th) Eat 3 servings of fruits and 3 servings of vegetables daily.

  • 1/2 cup (4 fluid oz.) 100% fruit juice
  • 1 medium fruit

  • 1/2 cup (4 fluid oz.) low-sodium vegetable juice
  • 1 cup raw leafy green vegetables
  • 1/2 cup cooked vegetables
