  1. I don't have exact recipes, but we make fruit smoothies for breakfast a lot and have been grilling vegetables more lately:

    Fruit Smoothies

Fill blender half full with frozen fruit. (Lots of frozen blueberries, other berries, mangos, peaches, whatever you have. Add a couple of cups of light juice. (apple or cranberry or whatever you have) Add a container of yogurt, a banana, and any other fresh fruit you want to get rid of. Add ice if not using frozen fruit. Blend well. Add more juice if too thick.

    Grilled Veggies

Boil whole asparagus spears for 1 minute. Marinate, in fat free marinade, asparagus, whole large mushrooms, and thick sliced zucchini. Grill, turning when lightly brown.
If you don't have marinade, just drizzle veggies with olive oil and add your favorite spices. (garlic, italian seasoning, pepper)

    Sauteed Green Beans

Take a handful of green beans. Blanch them in boiling water. Get a frying pan hot with Olive Oil. Add beans and saute. Press garlic onto beans, and add a little salt. Ready when the beans are browning. Will still be al dente. Add almonds for a main dish.
